Terms and Condition of your Voicemail Membership; this is your Agreement, as a member, with Rocket Communication Services, Inc. It is effective on the date of acceptance of the member's application for enrollment in the Voicemail Program.
Services Overview

Toll Free Voicemail / Faxing

Your assigned toll free access number is available to you and your friends and your callers from anywhere in the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and many of the U.S. Caribbean Islands. The system will not allow calls from pay phones. The number of messages you can receive is unlimited. We store your messages and faxes indefinately and can only be deleted by you. Messages can be downloaded to your personal computer at our website at www.rocketvoicemail.com.

If you have supplied us with your email address as part of your application you will receive email notifications when messages are received. If you do not wish to receive email notifications simply email us at accounts@rocketvoicemail.com or contact Customer Service at 888-300-0549.

Rates and Terms

Rocket Communication Services, Inc. is billed based on your plan rate per month. There is no contract and the service can be cancelled at anytime. You must be at least 18 years old and are authorized to make changes and incur charges to your telephone service. The monthly service fee will be automatically billed by Rocket Communication Services, Inc. to your monthly telephone bill and the charges will appear on the Teleservices page of your telephone bill. You can cancel your service by calling Rocket Communication Services, Inc. at 888-300-0549 or by e-mailing us at accounts@rocketvoicemail.com. To be eligible to receive the coupon offer you must be an accepted member of Rocket Communication Services, Inc. To be accepted, the telephone number listed or credit card used during signup must be billable for this voicemail product.

Coupon Program

You can receive $1000's in name brand coupons from www.couponmountain.com . You can manage your coupon selection on-line and use this program for as long as you choose. There are no time limitations for usage. Information on how to redeem your coupons will be included in your welcome email.

Assigned Toll Free Access Number

The Toll Free access number assigned to you is the property of Rocket Communication Services, Inc. and cannot be transferred by any party without written permission. Rocket Communication Services, Inc. retains the right to change your assigned number if necessary. You will be notified in advance of any change.

Changes in Service / Benefits

Rocket Communication Services, Inc. reserves the right to change the availability of the voicemail service or make modifications, deletions, or additions to its service offerings at any time without prior notice.

Rocket Communication Services, Inc. Plan benefits may vary in some states. Rocket Communication Services, Inc. providers are subject to change without notice. The Plan may be discontinued or modified at any time. Rocket Communication Services, Inc. discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount program.

Service Termination/Suspension

If for any reason your monthly service fee is returned unpaid, your Voicemail service shall be suspended until payment is received or for thirty days. At the end of the thirty-day period, if the fee remains unpaid, your service shall be cancelled.

We may immediately terminate your service without notice if your usage is in any way interfering with the operation of the Rocket Communication Services, or if your use of the service is fraudulent. Rocket Communication Services, Inc. may terminate your service without cause by notifying you in writing or via email at least thirty (30) days prior to termination.

You may cancel your Rocket Communication Services, Inc. Plan because of a modification. Should you choose to do so, the liability of Rocket Communication Services, Inc. shall be limited to a refund of membership fees paid for the period subsequent to the modification.

Should you choose not to cancel your membership, your membership shall continue based on the terms deferred in the modification letter. All members will be mailed a modification letter not less than sixty (60) days prior to modification.

Limitation of Liability

Rocket Communication Services, Inc. will strive to provide continuous, uninterrupted service. However, service is not guaranteed and liability for interruptions or quality of service shall be limited to a maximum of two months service fees.
